Law firm McDonald Hopkins signs at Miami’s Southeast Financial Center

Law firm McDonald Hopkins has signed a 3,900-square-foot lease at the
Southeast Financial Center in downtown Miami, the 12th national law firm
at the office tower. The firms now occupy over 300,000 square feet at
the building, which is Florida’s tallest and largest office tower at
1.225 million square feet. The move is one of a series of transactions
involving law firms in downtown Miami, including Bilzin Sumberg, which made
a high-profile signing at 1450 Brickell last year. — Alexander Britell
