Ever since entering the Major Leagues around the same time in the mid-1990s, friends-turned-enemies-turned-Yankees-teammates Alex Rodriguez and Derek Jeter have been compared to one another in just about every way shape and form. Jeter has more championships, hits, endorsements and a longer list of famed girlfriends (most recently Minka Kelly), while Rodriguez has more most valuable player awards, home runs, and career earnings.

Today, the New York Post, finds a new way to contrast the stars: the size of their Florida mansions. Jeter’s home on Davis Island in Tampa has 30,785 square feet, while A-Rod’s home on North Bay Road in Miami has 18,000 square feet. Count that as a decisive victory for Jeter, who paid $7.7 million for his mansion, while A-Rod — who, by the way, has earned more in career salary — paid $7.4 million for his. [NY Post]
