Richman Greer signs 10,755-square-foot lease at 396 Alhambra

Law firm Richman Greer has signed a 10,755-square-foot lease at the new
two-tower 396 Alhambra office complex in Coral Gables. The firm will be
relocating from its downtown office to the 275,081-square-foot project.
“In order to manage the firm’s continued growth, and continue providing
outstanding service to our local and international clients, we made the
decision to move our Miami office to Coral Gables and its vibrant
multinational business community,” said Manuel Garcia-Linares, managing
shareholder at the firm. Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s David Valdez,
Danet Linares and Andres del Corral represented 396 Alhambra in the
