Samsung renews, expands in Doral

Samsung has extended and expanded its lease at Doral Costa Office Park, according to Colliers International South Florida, which represented Samsung in the 11,600-square-foot transaction. Colliers’ Mort Fetterolf handled the deal. “With more than two years remaining on their former lease obligation, we were able to create significant leverage by taking this deal to mark,” Fetterolf said. “This brought their current landlord to the negotiating table.
