Miami-area apartment complexes get $36.6 million in financing

CBRE Capital Markets has arranged a $36.59 million refinance loan for the Fairway View and Palmetto Place apartment complexes in Miami. CBRE’s Charles Foschini, Christopher Apone and Christian Lee represented the borrowers, Fairway View Associates and Palmetto Place Associates. “The strongest, most conservative borrowers are getting near historic, low interest rates,” Foschini said. “The loan secured for this refinance is self-liquidating in nature and has an interest rate below 4 percent.” Fairway View is located at 6882 NW 173rd Drive in Hialeah and Palmetto Place is located at 9601 SW 142nd Avenue. — Alexander Britell
