Boynton Beach man arrested for construction fraud

Riviera Beach police have arrested a Boynton Beach resident for allegedly committing $22,000 in construction fraud, and are searching for another suspect, the Palm Beach Post reported. According to the police, Toby Jenkins has been charged on counts of organized fraud, unlicensed contracting and grand theft and forgery. The other suspect, Michael Ippolito, allegedly helped Jenkins commit construction fraud on a job two years ago. [Palm Beach Post]
