New York-based lender takes 20,137-square feet at 600 Brickell office tower

New York-based commercial and construction mortgage lender Doral Money has signed a 20,137-square-foot lease at Miami’s 600 Brickell office tower. Developer Foram Group was represented by Noel Steinfeld and Chris Dekker of Jones Lang LaSalle in the transaction. Doral Money is the second financial institution to lease at the project, following Credit Agricole Private Banking Miami, which occupies the building’s 37th floor. — Alexander Britell
