Lojeta Group launches Positano Beach condominium in Hollywood Beach

The Lojeta Group, which is behind the planned Margaritaville Resort in Hollywood Beach, has launched the Positano Beach condominium project in the city. It represents the second Positano-themed project in the city, following the company’s Villas of Positano. “Due to the overwhelming success of the Villas of Positano, we are thrilled to move forward with our second project,” said Lon Tabatchnik, president of the Lojeta Group. “As buyers of the Villas have experienced, some backyard views are better than others.” The Positano Beach project will consist of 15 units, each of which will have at least 3,200 square feet. — Alexander Britell
