CBRE tapped to lease 1.2 million square feet of Miami, Coral Gables office space

CBRE Group has been tapped as the exclusive leasing advisor for more than 1.2 million square feet in Miami, highlighted by the recent assignments of Columbus Center in Coral Gables and Datran Center in Miami. Recent CBRE additions Maggie Kurtz and Diana Parker are leading these assignments. Columbus Center, which is located at 1 Alhambra Plaza, has a total of 260,300 square feet, while Datran Center, which is located at 9100 and 9130 South Dadeland Boulevard, has a total of 474,000 rentable square feet. The group is also currently leasing Brickell’s Sabadell Financial Center, which has 523,000 square feet. — Alexander Britell
