Toll Brothers launches North Palm Beach project

Toll Brothers has launched a new development in North Palm Beach, the Frenchman’s Harbor, the Sun Sentinel reported. The company has already secured 21 contracts for the 78-unit project, it said. The project, whose units range from $600,000 to over $2 million, is the only residential project under construction in Palm Beach County on located on the Intracoastal Waterway. “It’s always hard to separate the anecdotal from the quantifiable, but there’s definitely a sense that things have improved,” said Jim McDade, Toll Brothers’ division president. Every home site at the project will offer deep water boat docks and Intracoastal access, according to the company’s Web site. [Sun Sentinel]
