Carrfour Supportive Housing has allocated $17 million in federal stimulus funds to create 256 new residences at three formerly-distressed apartment complexes in Miami-Dade County. The projects, which were acquired with federal stimulus funding, will create about 340 new construction jobs and house 1,092 people over the next two years. The properties include Harvard House, Hampton Village and Tequesta Knoll. The stimulus funding came through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program. — Alexander Britell
