Dennis Max opens new Boca eatery

Restaurateur Dennis Max has opened Assagio del Forno at the Regency Court at Woodfield, a community center in Boca Raton. “Dennis Max has redefined South Florida cuisine with such groundbreaking restaurants such as Max Grille, Cafe Max and Prezzo’s,” said CBRE Group Vice President Lisa Ferrazza. Ferrazza is the landlord advisor for Regency Court at Woodfield, which is owned by Dallas-based Woodfield Regency. Dennis Max was represented by Keyes Commercial’s Federico Rochwerger in the transaction. — Alexander Britell
