Homestead rental community sells for $3.3 million

Miami-based Hamilton Homestead has paid $3.3 million for the Hamilton Place townhouse project in Homestead, a 54 percent discount off of its mortgage value, the South Florida Business Journal reported. Hamilton Homestead is an affiliate of Blue Capital Partners. The rental community, which is located at 903 SE 16th Court, was bulit in 2008. [SFBJ]
