Brenner closes two Pompano Beach buildings, signs two new leases

Fort Lauderdale-based commercial brokerage Brenner Real Estate Group signed five deals, including the sales of two commercial buildings, two new leases and one renewal, the firm announced today.

As part of an automobile sales business expansion, 5300 NE 13 Way Building, LLC acquired a 20,000-square-foot freestanding building at 5300 Northeast 13th Way, Pompano Beach. The buyer was represented by Chuck Schwaderer of C.B. Schwaderer.

The second sales was of a 10,000 square-foot commercial building, at 280 Northwest 12th Avenue in Pompano Beach, which was sold to Cavache, a dredging company that is in the process of relocating from Deerfield Beach. Cavache was represented by Helen Weissman of Brenner. The seller was represented by Ray Anthony International.

Two new leases and one renewal were also announced today. The new leases included L.E.D. lighting company Pat and Glen taking a 623-square-foot commercial space at 8333 West McNab Road, and wholesaler Direct Source Incorporation signing for 3,029 square feet at 5440 Northwest 33rd Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. Finally, Personal Property Management inked a 1,794-square-foot deal at 1500 West Cypress Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale. – Christopher Cameron
