Gerard Yetming returns to CBRE to join multi-family housing team

CBRE is adding Gerard Yetming as senior vice president of its South Florida Multi-Housing Group. Yetming will be joining Robert Given, executive vice president, and a team that includes Zachary Sackley, Calum Weaver and Richard Tarquinio. Yetming previously worked with CBRE from 2002 to 2009 before he left to become an executive with the Federated Companies. During his time as a broker and a principal Yetming has had a total career transaction volume of more than $6 billion, according to CBRE.
