Colliers tapped to lease space at Crown Center

Colliers International South Florida senior commercial associates Sal Bonsignore and Clinton Casey have been named the exclusive leasing agents for 1201 West Cypress Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale. The 110,500-square-foot building is part of the 24-acre Crown Center campus, which is the only for-profit LEED-certified campus in Florida. “We are truly excited to begin working with the ownership at Crown Center,” Bonsignore said.
