The seven-building, mixed-use Fountains Center office and retail park has seen a 23-percentage-point jump in occupancy in four months. The property, which received a name change and capital improvements since being acquired by Boca Medical Plaza in February, is now 70 percent occupied. New tenants at the park include Mozart Cafe, an urgent care facility and non-profit NCSY. “Central Boca is now the heart and hub of the area,” said Zvi Schwarzman, managing partner at Boca Medical Plaza, which paid $20 million for the complex. Fountains Center is located at 7000-7700 West Camino Real in Boca Raton. — Alexander Britell
