Seabourn Cove opens in Boynton Beach

The Seabourn Cove apartment complex has opened its doors in Boynton Beach, according to the South Florida Sun Sentinel. The 456-unit property is located on a 23-acre tract south of Woolbright Road. Rick Lococo, managing partner of Tampa-based developer FM Contract Services, said leasing at the project was “far above what we expected.” Countywide, the apartment sector has been showing strength, with vacancy falling to 4.7 percent, according to data from Keith White of Reinhold Wolff Economic Research.
