American Fine Food signs 145,855-square-foot lease in Miami

Food distribution company American Fine Food has signed a 145,855-square-foot lease at Prologis MIA Logistics Center in the Miami-Airport West submarket, according to State Street Realty, which handled the deal on behalf of landlord Prologis. Cushman & Wakefield’s Wayne Ramoski represented the tenant in the $5.6 million transaction. MIA Logistics Center is located at 6905 NW 25 Street in Miami and is at full occupancy. — Alexander Britell
