GetMed Urgent Care has signed a 10-year lease for 5,000 square feet of space at Fountains Center in Boca Raton. The startup firm will occupy Suite 102 at 7600 West Camino Real. Ayal Frist of Boca Raton-based Stateland Brown leased out the space on behalf of landlord Boca Medical Plaza, which acquired the office and retail park in February. It was formerly known as the Fountains at Camino complex. “While we have a diverse tenant mix, our primary emphasis is to attract medical industry tenants to serve both a year-round and seasonal patient population,” said Zvi Schwarzman, managing partner at Boca Medical Plaza. — Alexander Britell
