Cushman tapped to lease Miami Center

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for the Miami Center office tower in downtown Miami, which was recently purchased by Crocker Partners. Jon Blunk, senior director at Cushman, will oversee leasing efforts on the 34-story, 786,267-square-foot tower, which is located at 201 South Biscayne Boulevard. The property is currently 86 percent occupied, with major tenants including Citigroup, BNP Paribas and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. — Alexander Britell
