HFF closes on sale of four Broward County office buildings

HFF has closed on the sale of four Class A office buildings in Sunrise. The four properties total 344,260 square feet in the Sawgrass International Business Park. The portfolio of properties is 65 percent leased, according to HFF, with tenants including Regus, FIS and Marsh USA. HFF’s Hermen Rodriguez, Ike Ojala, Manual de Zarraga and Jorge Portela marketed the properties on behalf of the seller, an institutional investor. The buyer was an affiliate of the Atlanta-based Brookgdale Group. Terms were not disclosed. — Alexander Britell
