Riviera Beach rental complex sells for $42M

The Woodbine Apartments multi-family complex in Riviera Beach has sold for $42.1 million to Canada-based REIT Morguard North American Residential, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The 408-unit rental community, located at 9000 Woodbine Trail, was built in 2000 and is currently 95 percent occupied.
