Dadeland Parcel C, the owner of the Town Center One office tower in Miami’s Dadeland submarket, has agreed with BMI Financial Group on a refinancing for the property. Under the deal, Dadeland Parcel C will retain ownership of the property and Miami-based Blanca Commercial Real Estate will lead sales and leasing. The 210,992-square-foot project, which was developed by Dayco Group, came to market in late 2009. It is located at 8950 Southwest 74 Court in Miami. BMI occupies the top two floors at the project.
