Black Oak Partners buys 42,000-square-foot WPB office in short sale

Black Oak Partners has paid $3.73 million for a 41,899-square-foot office building in West Palm Beach, according to Berger Commercial Realty, which represented Black Oak in the transaction. The seller was Design Arts of Palm Beach, a limited liability company. The transaction was a short sale negotiated with EverBank. The property is located on a four-acre tract at 2005 Vista Parkway in West Palm Beach. Berger’s Joseph Byrnes handled the deal. — Alexander Britell
