Southeast Financial Center tops 100,000 square feet of leases in 2012

Southeast Financial Center, the largest office tower in Florida, has signed 101,786 square feet of leases in 2012, according to Jones Lang LaSalle. The building has closed 14 lease deals this year, accounting for 44 percent of all Class A deals in Miami’s downtown Central Business District so far in 2012. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Donald Cartwright, senior vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, is the exclusive marketing agent for the property, which is located at 200 South Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. — Alexander Britell
