Acme Bakery & Coffee has signed a lease at the former Brooklyn Bagels location in Midtown Miami, according to Chariff Realty Group. The new eatery will be occupying 3451 NE 1 Avenue Suite 103 in the Midtown 2 building. Acme is the brainchild of The Federal’s Alejandro Ortiz, who previously developed Crumb on Parchment for Michelle Bernstein. Cindy Kruse, formerly of Gigi, is helming the bakery. Chariff’s Jonathan Eismann handled the transaction. — Alexander Britell
