A newly redeveloped BankUnited branch on South Beach has been listed for sale at $8.48 million, according to listing broker Marcus & Millichap. The 4,900-square-foot property is located on a 15,000-square-foot parcel at 1695 Alton Road in Miami Beach. Senior associates Scott Sandelin and Ronnie Issenberg are representing the seller, a Miami Beach-based limited liability company. BankUnited recently invested $2.5 million in improvemnets on the property. — Alexander Britell
