Starwood joint venture pays $6.1 million for Pompano mobile home park

The former Bali Hi Mobile Home Park in Pompano Beach has been purchased for $6.08 million, according to Dennis F. Palumbo Realty. The property, which is located at 4009-4011 North Federal Highway, was previously vacated and is now zoned for multi-family development. Dennis Palumbo negotiated the deal and acted as transactional broker working with Starwood Capital and Jefferson Apartment Group, the buyers of the property. The seller was Lighthouse Capital Funding. Attorney Bonnie Miskel performed due diligence on the deal. — Alexander Britell
