AeroTurbine signs 200,000-square-foot lease in Miramar; largest of 2012 in South Florida

AeroTurbine has signed a lease for 200,214 square feet at IDI’s Miramar Centre, the largest industrial lease in South Florida in 2012. The global aviation firm is moving its corporate headquarters to the property, which is located at 15701 SW 29th Street. AeroTurbine is relocating from its current location at 2323 NW 82nd Avenue in Miami. CBRE’s Harry Tangalakis and Tom O’Loughlin handled the transaction on behalf of AeroTurbine.
