U.S. Bank files $30 million foreclosure action on Wellington retail center

U.S. Bank has filed a $30 million foreclosure lawsuit on the Wellington Marketplace retail complex, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The 179,717-square-foot property is located at 1250 Greenview Shores Boulevard in Welington. FWI 16, a limited liability company, is named as the defendant in the action, which was filed by U.S. Bank on behalf of a CMBS trust.
