Colliers adds Alan Chernin in Miami

Alan Chernin has joined Colliers International South Florida as the firm’s vice president of retail services, the Miami-based company announced today. Chernin, a 30-year commercial real estate veteran, had previously run his own company, Coordinated Real Estate Services, where he specialized in tenant representation. His previous clients have included H&R Block, Weight Watchers and Edward Jones Investments, among others. He will work on an expansion of Colliers’ tenant representation in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, the firm said. — Alexander Britell
