Maken Group handles sale of 15,000-sf mixed-use building in Oakland Park

A 15,000-square-foot office and retail building in Oakland Park has been sold for $1.08 million, according to the West Palm Beach-based Maken Group, which was the sole advisor in the transaction. The property, which is located on the corner of Oakland Park Boulevard and Federal Highway, was sold by a local investor.
