LYND promotes Constantine Scurtis to managing partner in Miami

Texas-based real estate development firm LYND has named Constantine “Taki” Scurtis a managing director, the company announced today. Scurtis, who joined LYND in 2009 as a vice president of business development, will manage LYND’s recently opened Miami office in Brickell. Scurtis was a founding partner at SL Capital, a correspondent lender of Cantor Fitzgerald Commercial Real Estate in New York. He remains CEO of SL Capital. In his four years at LYND, Scurtis has reportedly closed acquisitions of more than $500 million of loans and REO properties. — Alexander Britell
