Colliers adds John Smotryski in Miami

Colliers International South Florida has hired John Smotrysky as the company’s new director of project management, the firm announced. Smotryski, a certified building contractor and LEED-accredited professional, has been the senior project manager at several Miami-area projects, including downtown’s Mint condominium. Most recently, he headed the redevelopment of Norwegian Cruise Lines’ Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas for Coastal Systems Development. He is also a former vice president of construction with Zirkelbach Construction. — Alexander Britell
