Ameriworld signs 124,000-square-foot lease in Miami

Ameriworld Enterprises has signed a lease for 124,000 square feet of industrial space at 3325 NW 70th Avenue in Miami, according to Easton & Associates, which brokered the deal on behalf of Ameriworld. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Harry Wardell, Nick Wigoda and Steve Medwin represented the landlord, Prologis. Easton’s Jim Armstrong and Michael Waite worked on behalf of Ameriworld. Easton has recently handled five lease transactions totaling 194,000 square feet. The next-largest deal was a 29,500-square-foot lease by Wencor at 2000 NW 9th Avenue in Miami. Armstrong and Waite represented Wencor, while Brian Smith of Cushman and Wakefield represented the landlord, KTR SF II. — Alexander Britell
