The Vedado Apartments in Miami have been sold for $6.55 million, according to Marcus & Millichap’s Kirk Felici. The 49-unit property, which is fully occupied, is located at 119 SW 6th Avenue. The sales price reflected an average of $133,673 per unit. The seller was a limited liability company from Coral Gables, who was represented by the firm’s Paul Nudelman.
