Investment firm LYND moves to 1111 Brickell

National real estate investment firm LYND has moved into a 6,000-square-foot space at 1111 Brickell in Miami, the company announced today. The Miami office, which will be a hub for the firm’s national operation, was established by Constantine Scurtis, managing partner at LYND. The San Antonio-based company entered the Miami market five yeras ago. It most recently announced plans to co-develop the 390-unit EnV Brickell multi-family tower. — Alexander Britell
