Sunbeam Development is planning a new 80,000-square-foot spec distribution building at the Miramar Park of Commerce, the company announced. The MPC-28 building will be located in Phase 4A of the park, which is on Miramar’s Premier Parkway. The new project is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2013. It will be located next to MPC-27, an 87,450-square-foot park that is currently 55 percent leased. “There’s a growing demand for this space, particularly from national tenants that require state-of-the-art facilities,” said Sunbeam’s Andrew Ansin. Miramar Park of Commerce is the largest corporate park in Broward County, with almost 5 million square feet of space. — Alexander Britell
