Carlo Pazolini opens in Merrick Park

Shoe and accessories retailer Carlo Pazolini has opened a new location at the Village of Merrick Park in Coral Gables, the company announced. The new 1,332-square-foot property was designed by Giorgio Borruso. It is the latest of 11 U.S. locations. Carlo Pazolini’s flagship store is located in New York’s SoHo neighborhood. Merrick Park, which was developed by General Growth Properties, will soon be rebranding itself as “Merrick Shops,” likely by the end of 2012. Pazolini is the latest tenant to sign on at the retail complex, following J. Crew. — Alexander Britell
