Brenner reports two Broward County lease deals

Brenner Real Estate Group has announced leases at two Broward County commercial sites. The first was by Capital Business Credit at the Corporate IX Building at 6261 NW 6 Way in Fort Lauderdale. Brenner’s Adam Starr represented the tenant, while the landlord was represented by Barry Podolsky of Podolsky and Associates. Brenner’s Peter Messina and Michael Eisner were responsible for a lease by Trinity Health Care Services at Miramar’s Parkway Professional Building. The 3,913-square-foot space is located at 6151 Miramar Parkway. — Alexander Britell
