Addison Development to build 30,000-square-foot Palm Beach home

A German family has commissioned West Palm Beach-based Addison Development to build a 30,000-square-foot oceanfront custom home in Palm Beach. The French chateau-inspired estate will have 270 feet of ocean and lake frontage. Addison Development, led by master builder Dan Swanson, the company’s owner and president, has developed home collections such as Phipps Estates in Palm Beach and Addison Estates on the grounds of the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton. — Alexander Britell
