Metro 1 Commercial tapped to lease second floor at Baltus building in Miami’s Design District

Miami-based Metro 1 Commercial now has the listing on 5,000 square feet of space on the second floor at the Baltus building in Miami’s Design District, according to the firm’s Tony Cho and Tony Arellano. The property, which is located at 3925 North Miami Avenue, is being listed for $30 per square foot gross, right next to the I-95 exit.
