Gadinsky Real Estate and Echion add Dennis Kleier and Steven Horowitz

Gadinsky Real Estate and Echion USA have added Dennis Kleier and Steven Horowitz to their Sunrise and New Smyrna Beach offices, respectively. Kleier was formerly at RAM Real Estate. He will be handling tenant representation and site acquisition for Gadinsky/Echion development projects. Horowitz will join the companies’ retailer services group to focus on tenant and occupier representation. He was formerly the leader of the real estate and construction teams for Citi Trends in Savannah and 99 Cents Only Stores in Los Angeles. Gadinsky and Echion have been partnering on business ventures in the southeastern U.S. for the last 15 years. — Alexander Britell
