4 Midtown condo sells over 100 units in two months

The 4 Midtown condominium tower in Midtown Miami, south of Miami’s Design District, has sold more than 100 units in the last two months. While much of Miami’s condo market has been driven over the past several years by foreign buyers, over 60 percent of the condo sales at Midtown 4 have reportedly come from Floridian buyers. That is partially the result of the pricing of Midtown units, which are selling for approximately $100 per square foot less than comparable new construction projects in the Miami area.
