Terra Group to break ground on Doral Commons mixed-use project

The Miami-based Terra Group will soon break ground on the Doral Commons mixed-used project in Doral, the company announced this week. The project will feature 300 single-family homes on a 90-acre site, along with a retail component. Doral Commons will feature homes from 3,000 to 4,000 square feet. The project will be located between NW 107th Avenue and 97th Avenue along the north end of 74th street, with homes starting around $600,000. Terra has developed a number of projects in Doral, from the Doral Cay to the Reserve at Doral project. — Alexander Britell
