Barthet Firm signs lease renewal at Miami’s Southeast Financial Center

The Barthet Firm, a law firm specializing in commercial disputes and construction, has signed a 5,600-square-foot lease renewal at Miami’s Southeast Financial Center. The firm is the eight tenant to renew its lease at the property this year. It is one of 26 law firms at the building leasing a combined 432,000 square feet. Don Cartwright, vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, is the exclusive leasing agent for Southeast Financial Center. — Alexander Britell
