David Restainer joins Douglas Elliman as managing broker in Miami

David Restainer has joined Douglas Elliman as its managing broker in Miami, the firm announced today. Restainer, who began his real estate career in 1998, will also assume the role of managing director of Douglas Elliman’s commercial division.
