Miami’s Cervera Real Estate has been appointed as the lead consultants for the Trump Ocean Club International Hotel & Tower in Panama, the brokerage announced. The 70-story condominium-hotel, which opened in 2011, was developed by Newland International Properties Corp. Cervera Real Estate is marketing a number of Miami’s new construction condominium towers, including Newgard Development’s BrickellHouse condo project in downtown Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. — Alexander Britell
