Law firm takes $15 million, 36,531-square-foot lease at One Biscayne Tower

One Biscayne Tower has just seen its largest lease of the year, according to Brian Gale, the Taylor & Mathis principal, who represented the owner. Foley & Lardner, one of Miami’s most prominent law firms has signed a 36,531 square foot lease with One Biscayne Tower owner L&B Institutional Fund for $15 million.

This lease involves an early renewal of 25,480 square feet plus an additional 11,051 square foot expansion. Scott Strickland of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Foley in the 10 year transaction.

“Foley & Lardner is a well-respected, national law firm and we are thrilled with their continued expansion in Miami and specifically at One Biscayne Tower,” Gale said in a statement. “This deal brings the building occupancy to 86%.”
